Rolando Robles

Rolando joined BCD Travel in 2006 working as National Account Manager for a variety of global customers. His expertise has been working with programs that aim to consolidation for their travel programme, establishing communication toolkits to improve traveller engagement and driving policy compliance.

Currently leading successfully Business Development for the Latin America Region and most recently Marketing.

Prior to BCD Travel, Rolando started his career in Contact Centre Operations with a strong sales oriented focus as well as resource management before changing his career to an account management & sales role.

In 2000, Rolando joined RCI Group as part of a success team that focused on US base members moving rapidly in the latter to finally achieve Site Director’s position as responsible of a large group of 350 agents + managing staff. His focus was a very active listening to prepare for a solid and effective sales strategy across all the servicing teams.
