What is GBTA?
The GBTA - Global Business Travel Association - is an international association for the worldwide corporate travel industry. Headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, USA (15 minutes from Washington D.C), it is the Association premier in terms of corporate travel, with more than 9,000 members worldwide. GBTA includes research, advocacy, events around the world and more.
GBTA members annually manage more than 345,000 million dollars in business travel and meetings worldwide.
GBTA offers education, events, research, government representation and media management
to a huge and constantly growing global network, with more than 28,000 travel professionals and 125,000 active contacts in its database.
What are the GBTA Conferences about?
The GBTA Conference has themes related to the corporate travel industry, meetings and incentives with speakers national and international, and industry leaders who share their vision in a collaborative forum that promotes the professionalization of their assistants.

What does it mean to be a Buyer Member and an Allied Member?
Buyer member: Buyers of business travel services for other employees of your company, or those who administer travel policies for your company or those who plan and/or control meetings for your company. University or college employees, federal or state government, or a non-profit organization that manages business travel services / systems for employees.
Allied Member: Corporate travel providers, technology providers, travel service providers, payment platforms, consulting firms, financial analysts and other professionals affiliated with the travel sector who provide goods and services to our members (buyer) Direct.

Can I register groups?
No, it is not currently possible to automatically register for a group.
Attendees must create a GBTA account -if they don't have one- and enter their information individually.

Press
Press has complimentary access, but you should register in advance and contact latamevents@gbta.org for the necessary authorization. No access will be given to presses that have not been previously validated by the GBTA team.
I'm an exhibitor, what are the assembly, exhibition and dismantling times?
As an exhibitor, you will receive a dedicated document including information on timetables, regulations and other matters of interest.
