Parking
Valet parking is offered at a price of $12 USD or $220 Mexican pesos per day and per car. There is no parking without the valet service. If you want to use the valet, please bear in mind that there will be traffic during the conference. Plan your arrival in plenty of time so as not to miss breakfast or the start of the activities.
Dress code
Business casual. Bear in mind that the meeting rooms will have air conditioning, so it is recommended that you bring a light jacket.
Weather
In September, Mexico City has a warm and rainy climate, with temperatures between 10 °C and 21 °C (50 °F and 70 °F). Humidity is high and rain is frequent, especially in the afternoon and at night. It is recommended that you take light clothing, shelter for the night and waterproofs.
Transportation from the airport
Transportation to and from the hotel will be the responsibility of the registrant. Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) is approximately 10 km from the hotel, and Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA) is also an option for getting to Mexico City.
