- Welcome to the community! If your membership has expired or you don't have one yet, select this option during your registration. You'll get a GBTA membership for a year and access to the conference. The rate will be automatically updated to the special price for members, allowing you to save on your registration.

Exhibitors
- For exhibitor registrations or to use stand or sponsor assignments, please contact your stand manager to receive the registration link and be included as exhibitor stand staff.
Estudiantes Universitarios
- During the registration process you will need to include proof of your current university student credential.

- Requires accreditation and approval.
Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of registration.
- Payments by credit card and PayPal have a non-refundable service charge of 3%.
- GBTA does not accept bank transfers, checks, purchase orders or cash payments.
- Entries are subject to verification; incorrect selections will be adjusted with prior notification.
- Unpaid registrations can be canceled within 30 days.
Cancellation and Replacement Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are charged by 50%; there are no refunds after this period.
- Substitutions are allowed up to 45 days before the event with a charge of $95.
- If GBTA cancels the event, you can reschedule the dates or transfer the rates.
