The hotel reception is located on the ground floor. 

  • Check-in: 3:00 p.m. 
  • Check-out: 12:00 p.m. 

Badges/Registration

The registration area is located on the 4th Floor/Foyer, in front of the main session rooms entrance (Don Alberto 2). 

Exhibitor Registration: 

  • Tuesday, September 23 | 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

General Attendees: 

  • Wednesday, September 24 | 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. 
  • Thursday, September 25 | 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Parking

Valet parking is available at $12 USD / $220 MXN per car per day. No self-parking is available. During the conference, please allow extra time for vehicle drop-off due to traffic in the hotel area, so you don’t miss breakfast or the start of sessions. 

Dress Code

Business casual. Meeting rooms are air-conditioned; a light jacket is recommended.

Weather

In September, Mexico City has warm and rainy weather, with temperatures ranging from 10°C to 21°C (50°F to 70°F). High humidity and frequent afternoon/evening showers are common. Light clothing, something warm for the evening, and an umbrella or raincoat are recommended.

Transportation from the Airport

Transportation to and from the hotel is the responsibility of the attendee. 

  • Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX): ~10 km from the hotel 
  • Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA): also, an option for arriving in Mexico City 

Breakfast

Start your day with a full breakfast, available during both days of the Conference starting at 8:30 a.m. Don’t be late, you won’t want to miss it! 

Lunch

Lunch will be served in the main session area. Enjoy your meal while connecting with and exchanging experiences with other colleagues.

Appointments

As an attendee, you can request a meeting with an exhibitor directly through the mobile app. Go to the exhibitors’ tab, select the company you’re interested in, and request a meeting with any of the available staff.

Wednesday, September 24, after the main stage sessions, stay and join us for the opening reception. It’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and friends in a relaxed and welcoming environment—ideal for expanding your network and strengthening relationships.
