Parking
Valet parking is available at $12 USD / $220 MXN per car per day. No self-parking is available. During the conference, please allow extra time for vehicle drop-off due to traffic in the hotel area, so you don’t miss breakfast or the start of sessions.
Dress Code
Business casual. Meeting rooms are air-conditioned; a light jacket is recommended.
Weather
In September, Mexico City has warm and rainy weather, with temperatures ranging from 10 °C to 21 °C (50 °F to 70 °F). High humidity and frequent afternoon/evening showers are common. Light clothing, something warm for the evening, and an umbrella or raincoat are recommended.
Transportation from the Airport
Transportation to and from the hotel is the responsibility of the attendee.
- Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX): ~10 km from the hotel
- Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA): also, an option for arriving in Mexico City

Start your day with a full breakfast, available during both days of the Conference starting at 8:30 a.m. Don’t be late, you won’t want to miss it!
